Disney Q4 and Full Year Earnings for 2020

Shocked that Disney's stock has rebounded and at (or near) pre-COVID share price despite having parks closed for months, one park re-closing, two parks probably be closed for a full year or more, no movies on the horizon (and even those that do get released the "old days" of big box offices are probably gone).

I wonder how Disney+ in general is doing now that the first year is over (I know I love it, but I wonder how it is doing in the general public compared to Peacock, Netflix, HBOMax, Amazon, etc.) .I mean while I love the back catalog of Disney classics, besides the Mandalorian and the occasional documentary, it is lacking some new "adult" content that probably doesn't draw in the major streaming audiences (teens to 20s)?

So .. I wouldn't expect 'good news' today (I mean .. not much "earnings" to be had, right?) .. but yet somehow the stock price has stood firm. Hopefully that is the case.

Stock price holds steady or even small bump up after this call - desire for stability plus success of Disney+

Exactly, exactly, exactly.

Plus you didn't even mention DCL, or adventures by Disney both of which will basically not resume for a long long time.

And growing rumours of USA shutdown possible in New year as well.

and seeing it reported as 73M PAID subscriptions - so does that mean the free ones via things like Verizon are on top of that, or would they be included as some sort of payment from Verizon?
Maybe both? Mine just converted this month from promo to paid through Verizon

Also likely converting to the bundle to include ESPN+ now that we have to pay for D+. I’m sure that scenario helped the Hulu and ESPN bump with a few households.
