What is the general availability of Disney Premier Access on a busy summer day at 3 or 4 PM? That’s probably the earliest we could get there on one of our days.

the Premier Access was still available at 4PM when I was there in early July (and it was really busy). Even when the single FP for Soaring had sold out, the Premier Access was still available.
