disney postage stamps

the post office has disney stamps! they are sooo cute! the ones that i got say "friendship" so i guess its the friendship set. i was wondering if anyone has seen any other sets of disney postage stamps?? a princess set or a love set would be really cute!!!

Another set will be coming out later this year. And, I think for next year as well. The friendship set is the only out so far though. If you try the usps.com site, they may have pictures of the ones due out this year.

I would watch the post office or the USPS website soon after the release date - because last year with the Friendship stamps they released it in a very cool larger format - with the stamps but with the characters in a much larger size ...

Kinda hard to describe and I dont see it on the USPS website. I framed it for a friend for Christmas - I will try to go take a picture of it for you all to see

The local to my office post office sells self-mailer note cards with the art of disney stamps. Nice for writing short notes to friends and family. I didn't see those on the website though.

Looks like there will be muppet stamps in my future as well. Give you a guess as to which I'd prefer.

They do have the stationary on the web site - it's called Friendship Stationary.

I saw someone the other night that had a pin that matched the Mickey stamp. She said her and her friend got the last 2 at the post office they were at. I want one! I'm gonna have to call around to other post offices!

With the new set coming out it throws a wrench in my plans on what to get for our Wedding Announcements. I must have Disney stamps so I guess I'll have to get both sets. Darn.

Did you find the Mickey stamp pin? One of my local post offices had some? I also picked up some of the pre-stamped postcards and pre-stamped fold-up note paper there. You could also check online and place an order. If you can't find the pin, let me know. Maybe I can see if I can pick up another.
