Disney Pook-a-Looz toys - what age?

Toys R Us has them rated for ages 3 and up, but they look like baby toys (online anyway). Disney site does not list an age. Just wondering if anyone has them and what age they are appropriate for.

They are for all ages! I am 15 and I have 5. They are very cute and soft.

My 2yr old and my 17mo old have one each. My 14 mo nephew does, too. I don't know why they would be listed for 3 and over because there is nothing small on them. No buttons, etc, that could fall off. I even bought one for my baby due in Dec which it will get for Christmas.
