I would love to listen to some but always get put off by all the "techie" talk. Are they easy to download to your ipod?

I also subscribe to Mouse Tunes and Mouse Guest Weekly Podcast's and woul recommend both as being informative and full of useful tidbits. I am planning on listening to a few whilst on the plane in order to remind myself of some of the hints and tips.
