This is exactly what I did, except I included our general touring plan like OP listed above. I laminated the index cards and gave a set to my husband. Worked great!I'm not a phone person.
Last trip, I printed up one index card per day with our ADR and fastpasses on it.
If you don't plan on using MDE try this
Type it out ..
Put it in Google Docs.
Google Docs has the option of saving a document LOCALLY on your phone/tablet so if you don't have a connection you can still view it.
It's where I have my entire travel plans for my upcoming Disney trip.
How do you keep track of your Disney plans for the day without dragging a big huge planner with you around the parks? I would like a phone option. I know that I could do MDE, but I feel like it is very time consuming to enter in each ride we want to do in the proper order. Is there a faster way? I'd like to hear what other people do.
So for example, I want to record info like this.
Hollywood Studios
TSM no FP
Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Movie Ride
FP TSM
Muppets
Lunch at Pizza Planet
Car Show at 1:00
FP Star Tours
Naps/swim at hotel
FP Tower of Terror 5-6 pm
Dinner at ....
Fantasmic 7:30 pm
