Disney Planning Cutbacks

My best friend was supposed to stay at POFQ after 9/11 and they got moved to Riverside something like the week before they were supposed to go down. I think Disney had had just a flood of cancellations at that time.

We were at SSR in a 2BR in mid-October and my wife also commented on not seeing any moisturizer. We also had to call down about the trash and towel service that they missed on our scheduled day. I hope this isnt a trend starting.

they don't always give you lotion. I don't recall ever getting lotion in a DVC villa, only the deluxe resorts on cash stays.

I called mousekeeping about lotion. I was told that DVC units do not provide lotion. We have not had lotion in any of our DVC units for a while now.
