Disney pins

Does anyone have a schedule of when the pin boards come out at the resorts? I know last year certain ones had different times they would being out a special board.

Any advice on pin trading locations would be great!

Our experience has been they are available every time when at front desk. otherwise like most things Disney, just ask a CM
