Disney Pin Exchange

I know we are waiting for the next pin exchange on August 10th. I have participated in the past two exchanges and really enjoy it. I planned to participate again, however, I'm going to take a little trip to WDW, leaving on the 10th, back on the 14th. This trip just came up, as my sister and her husband were going but he backed out and went to Canada fishing instead (how could he do that instead of going to WDW?! ) so my sister told me if I get my plane ticket, I can just go and stay in her room. How could I refuse? PLUS, the big bonus is: I get to take my DGS 9 with me! Can't get any better than that.

All that to say, I really want to participate in this next pin exchange but I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to do it. Help please. Thanks!

I would check with the last hostess, was that Meriweather?, and tell her you will be picking up general Disney Pins. Since you will be at Disney, it should be pretty easy for you to find pins. She can be sure to pair you up with someone who would like those kind. And than mail them out when you come back home.

It would be very ironic if I got your name, or you got mine in the pin exchange since we could just meet up and trade if the exchange were a little earlier.
And I use to be a Hoosier. It's humid and hot here. You should feel right at home from IN in the summer.

If we only had the names of the people we will send to, we could get special pins just for them! That would be so cool.

The best part of this trip is taking my grandson! I can hardly wait! He and I are so bonded. He is a true miracle. He was born with a diaphragmatic hernia nine years ago and doctors thought he wouldn't live but he survived the surgeries and he is fine now. Because he was in the hospital for almost six weeks and I was there with him every day, we have a very special closeness. This is one trip I will NEVER forget!
