Next up… Animal Kingdom, really I promise

All he needs to do is hold up his paw for the power fist;)

Your plans look great for DHS...too bad there aren't Super SoapWeekends anymore.

I forgot to tell him to do the power fist, it is my fault :lmao:. I am still mad ABC stopped Super Soap Weekend. It was way too hot in Nashville at the Soap Nation thing. I hope they bring it back, I wouldn't mind if they moved it to Disneyland since All My Children is moving to L.A. That would be a way to get Bill to finally do DL.

We like DHS too Tracy! I think it is the most laid back of the parks. I don't feel like I have to run from one thing to another if you KWIM.

Jim and Jimmy got to do 50's this year (yet another thing I missed :sad1:) and all Jimmy talks about is how there were rules and how how he had to set the table. He thought it was so :rotfl:. It is on our definite list for the next trip.

One of the (many) things I love about your TR's is how much I learn about accesability at WDW.

Tracy, having planned and executed a couple of mega vacations for our adult children, I can tell you that they will not "get" it. But the children will and in the end, that has to be enough for you.

We used Orlando Stroller Rentals for our trip a few months ago for our grandson. It was fantastic. The sign they do for you is at the bottom so make another to put on the handlebar. My theme was Disney stickfigures so I did a stickfigure sign that said "Clayton's Ride" to tie on the bars (it kind of matched our stick figure shirts and bag tags I had made).

Also, in case you guys are as dumb as us (Gosh, I hope not), the way to fold the stroller is to pull the tag in the seat. It took 10 adults way to long to figure that out. It's a great stroller and the company was so easy to work with.

understnad that pre-trip funk and good for you not losing your cool w/ the lack of prep on the other end...they'll get it together, maybe the night before but I'm sure it will all work out.

That is so great how accessible DHS is...no wonder it is your guys' favorite park.

sounds like a fun day :thumbsup2

Ace is still making me laugh :goodvibes

Love your DHS plans. Toy Story Mania is the best!

And Ace has to be one of the cutest dogs I've ever seen.

Hey Tracy!

Sorry I've been absent lately, but it looks like you've got your itinerary together! For Josh's sake, I hope things calm down with the Ex and your trip can proceed as planned! ::yes::

I'm with you; I'm definitely thinking that Fantasmic will get pushed ahead to at least 7pm! Hey, that's one more ride, right?! We'll take as much park time as we can get...

We love DHS! I think your plans look absolutely fabulous.

Ace looks great, as always.

HS plans look great! I cannot wait to get to TSM!! I've never been on it before.:goodvibes

I feel that way about DHS too, we don't feel rushed. I am so sorry you didn't get to go to 50's we always have fun.

Thank you so much for saying that. I want to show that almost anyone can enjoy Disney.

I am so happy you had a good experience with Orlando Stroller Rentals! Thanks for the tip about how to fold it. I have made some Stroller tags :thumbsup2.

I told Josh today that he needs to tell my xMIL NOW, that there is no reason to not be telling her already and it is stressing me out. He says he will tell her tomorrow, we will see.

I can't wait for the kids to see the Toy Story Mania que. Thanks for the compliment for Ace.

I think you will enjoy it, it is too cute!

Disneyland is the star; everything else is in the supporting role. – Walt Disney

Can we see Nemo, Flights of Wonder, and Festival of the Lion King all in the same day?

To us, Festival of the Lion King is the “star” of Animal Kingdom, everything else is a supporting role. Flights of Wonder will most likely be dropped, but if I can fit it in I will since Bill pouts and begs

every time I talk about dropping it.

Day 7 Plans:

Get up early so we can be at AK for rope drop, do as many “shows” as we can, back to Pop, clean up and off to Park Fare for our dinner with Cinderella.

Goals:

- AK by 9:00am
- straight to get EE, ride then get a fast pass for later
- In line for Nemo show
- Flights of Wonder
- Lunch
- Ride EE again
- Festival of the Lion King
- Leave park go back to Pop
- Freshen up
- Bus to MK, monorail to Grand Floridan

Any thing we don’t get done we will try to do the next day because I know not all of that will be done in one day

. After dinner they can do what they want, we are headed to DTD for a short while, get a drink at the pool bar

, then back to the hotel to relax and hopefully get in bed early.

Next installment…Some questions for my readers, I need your input!

It's so hard to do all 3 of the shows...I wish you the best of luck. They are all good in their own way.

Petals....find a drunk to talk to!;)

I hope it is possible, we plan to on our trip. I agree though, FOTLK is the star and I may not be able to get the gang psyched enough on the other 2, especially FOW.

I would love to get to all three shows, too!! My goal is really to get to Nemo, I've seen the other twe a few times but have never seen that one so it's a must.

Ace is wonderful!! I think I need to borrow your idea and put up a picture or two of my three beagles.:cutie:

I am ready for questions!!:goodvibes

We usually drop FOW if time gets short, too. :sad1: Like you said, if you do miss it, you could try to catch it the next day!

Both Nemo and FOTLK are not-to-be-missed!

I hope Hannah and Christian get invited to participate in the FOTLK parade, that's so much fun!

Kathy

I think if you time it just right and the shows are your main goal..you should be able to do it :thumbsup2 Good luck!

Did he tell her yet :confused3

Hi Tracy! I think your AK plans look do-able! What time is your Park Fare ADR again?

Have you thought about sending Josh up ahead to grab FPs for Everest and that way when the rest of you get up there to meet him you will be all set and can just jump in line.

The first Nemo show (I think) is at 10:30 so you might have time after riding Everest to do something in between....Hannah might like a spin on a Triceratops or something...

I would think about trying to do lunch after Nemo so you can get in and out a lot quicker if you are ahead of the big lunch crowds. Then maybe 2nd ride on Everest, followed by FOW. Don't know the show times for FOW though - Soares' site didn't have any listed. Were you planning on the 2:30 FOTLK? Out around 3:00 to exit?? I think it could work!

Sara

Those three shows are a lot to fit in in one day, but I think you'll be able to do it. It sounds like you have quite a long time to spend there before the dinner reservation, so if you're all able to stay focused, I think you'll be successful!
