Disney pin codes + Bill = TROUBLE *11/01 Almost time for our Happy Place*

What great letters...and creative envelopes! I don't know where you get all of your ideas, but you sure do have some good ones!

You are so creative!! I love the letters and the envelopes!! I can't wait until my kids are old enough to appreciate stuff like that!

Hi Tracy!! :wave2:

Wow! Those letters and envelopes are so adorable! What a fun way to get into the Disney spirit and to teach the kids about expressing gratitude and appreciation! Bravo!

I'm glad XMIL is home and things seem to be settling down on that front.

Good luck with the website design... you are a natural! If I ever need to make a website, you're the first person I will call! :goodvibes

Thank you. Some time the mood just strikes me to do some of it. I can't just sit down and do it. It just happens :rotfl:.

Hi Kathy!! Thank you so much. I want the kids to know that it takes a lot of people to help Disney be magical. Bill and I are going to make sure they see "One Man's Dream. I want us to walk through it and really take it in. On the website issue, I just help with the banners, clip art, etc. Bill is the great technical person :goodvibes.

Well, it seems I picked up a couple more things today :rolleyes1.

As for the coming home souvenirs, they are both getting a gift card. If they want anything else that is up to Mommy and Josh. We have spent way too much already.

I wish you hadn't mentioned Etsy, I might have to go back and look again :rotfl2:.

Hi Tracy! :hippie: I was a bit behind here but I'm all caught up.

Sorry about Bill's job. I'm sure he is frustrated.

Love the pics of Ace, especially the one of him on the bed with all your loot and hiding under the chair. Such a cutie!

And the pearl cages are adorable! I've never seen anything like it.

Great creativity with the letters and tip envelopes. You are amazing!

And I keep meaning to tell you that I love the Walt Disney quotes at the beginning of your posts. :thumbsup2

Very, very cute! I love the little invitation cards! I had planned on making some tipping envelopes too, I love your designs. I will definitely refer back to them for some ideas as I make mine this winter. :thumbsup2

Hi Michelle!! You are right about Bill being frustated. We just have to wait and see what happens. Ace is a nut. Josh and Abbey are here this weekend and he is in heaven.

I showed Abbey the pearl cages she loves them. Thanks for the sweet words about the stuff I made.

I adore Walt and am hoping to show Christian and Hannah the wonders that he made possible.

Feel free to refer or us anything you want to :goodvibes.

Yesterday Bill got his new wheelchair!! It is a Permobil C350 with tilt. It is different from his old chair in many ways. We tried to keep Ace in the bedroom so the technician could "fit" Bill for the chair, but Ace was scratching, whining, and acting nuts so I brought him back into the room and tie him up to the old wheelchair :rotfl:.

Here are some pix of Bill's new chair, he is so happy!!:

He has been enjoying the tilt feature. We had the part put on the bottom of the chair so he could lock into the van but this wheelchair is longer, so Bill's dad will have to make adjustments somehow, right now we are using tie downs. He is not hurting as much so I am so happy!

Nice wheels Bill! I have an acquaintance through work who uses that chair. She loves the tilt feature to just reposition for a few minutes without having to completely get out of the chair.

It is wonderful because he has the control now and doesn't have to ask anyone to reposition him. He is really happy.

Wow, the new chair looks very nice. I'm sure that tilt feature makes a huge difference.

OK, I love those thank yous for the servers. I would have never thought of it and might have to steal that idea. We did the meal announcements for our 4 year old grandson on our last trip and my DIL loved them (great scrapbooking fodder).

I can't wait to hear about your 1900 Park Fair dinner as this is one of the meals I'm considering on the next trip since we'll be taking a girl (after all of the trips I've taken, I finally get to go with a girl  ).

Bill... That is one sweet ride... :cool2:

Tracy... I love everything you are making for your trip... you are putting me to shame... :sad2:

Oh the chair is already helping his pain, he said yesterday he felt 80% better than before he got the new chair, also no muscle cramps :banana:.

You can steal anything I post, I love to share things. It will be so fun for both of us taking a girl!! I can't wait!

Oh there is no way I am putting you to shame, your stuff is amazing! I am in awe of it.

That new wheel chair is beautiful! It looks comfortable and a little more "compact" than his other chair? Will it be easier to maneuver around the parks ? How about loading and unloading from rides? I am glad Bill is more comfortable. How exciting to get new wheels. . .

It is actually a little wider and has a longer wheel base. We were discussing whether it with make the November trip or not.

The small wheelie bar wheels in the back stick out farther than the other chair and the other chair is more compact. We don't think it would fit on Winnie the Pooh, The Great Movie Ride, and would probably have issues on the Magical Express.

The foot rests are individual and are in a position that is farther out than the other ones. That could be adjusted to be pushed back toward the chair for a ride.

The joystick sticks out further too, but the armrest can be moved upward and out of the way.

At some point I want to take a picture of the two chairs side by side.

Tracy, I just read through your PTR and it is great! You are so organized and I love everything you are doing for the kids. I truly can not wait to read your TR!

You are so creative! You should start an Etsy business. Those are great.

Cool new ride Bill!! So happy that it is more comfy and allows him to move around. :)

Wow Tracy you have been busy, the kids are going to love all the stuff you've bought! I adore those pearl carriages, what a clever idea!

Bill's chair looks fantastic and anything that makes him more comfy is brilliant :thumbsup2
