Colleen...did you know that you have a picture of the now Disney Ambassador? His name is Norman and he is originally from Germany. We used to work together at Guest Relations before he moved over to entertainment and then was chosen for ambassador!

Ah yes! (grin) I can see that this is T-rex ---- because of the bathrooms in the background.. Good call, I say!
