I hope those spaces are built out of gold. No wonder we can't afford to buy anything in this country. How can any space rent for that per foot?

LOL The joys of living on 5th Avenue in New York City!
But they are moving to the heart of Times Square in the Fall of 2010 basically down the street from where the 1st Disney Store was before they moved to 5th Avenue!!

Huh! You know, I was there Monday and for the first time really took a look at that particular sign- and thought about shooting it... I think the crowds through me off... and the cold...

Anyway, nice shot!

From May 2007 (I know I've posted this before, but for some reason, it never came up when I was searching for my posts, so here it is again):

...into Dinoland yet.

This is why Disney is so amazing....little details show up in places unexpectedly.

While you are crossing the bridge into Dinoland, you will pass see this scene (on your right, if I remember correctly). It looks as if the Villagers have been out and about taking their laundry down to the river.

Amazing precision and details by the talented Joe Rohde.

Fantastic shot Loribeth! I love the detail on Sleeping Beauty's dress - and I want her necklace! It's gorgeous!

Awwwww.....

Oh you girls are so easy! LOL! BTW< I did the BIG backstage tour which included the costume shop and those dresses are hand stitched...

As are the Prince's jackets and all the gold embroidery. Truly beautiful work!

Thanks SummerLady, Evad- the shot was taken from the top of the Contemp- I love 10 X optical! hehehehee...
