I was fortunate enough to have camera in hand as this beautiful sunset began to appear before me. I call this one "The Master's Palette."

This is divine! You just don't see sunsets like that this far inland. Or maybe just where I live.

Thanks, it was a beautiful sunset for sure. BTW, I used to live in Mauldin and travel to Simpsonville on a frequent basis...been a few years ago now.

Did you alter the color in this? I just love it, it's so bold ... don't think I noticed it quite like this. Great shot ... all of them are. Missing it so much after just one month.

Here is my POTD:
Night has fallen on the first day of my December trip, and we took up spots to watch the Ice Castle lights turn on. This was my first time seeing it live in person and wow, as great as the Ice Castle looks in photos, it just doesn't compare to seeing it with your own eyes.
