You are always a wealth of information.I think you could "clone out" the date using Photoshop Elements, Paint Shop Pro, or similar "consumer" editing software, but it would be a tedious, time consuming process. Let me offer this suggestion: turn the date stamp option "off" so that the date does not print on your picture. You can always check the date and time the picture was taken by accessing the picture's EXIF information. To do this, simply right click on the original image, and select Properties, then the Summary tab, and the Advanced button (all assuming Windows OS). The camera records a ton of data about the picture, including date/time taken. I note that your posted photobucket pic does not have this data, but the original file should.
Hope that helps. I think you'll like the appearance of your photos lots better w/o the date stamp.
