It's the UK Pavillion, Epcot. It's pretty, huh? I'd love to be there right now...

Heres a few since I havent posted in a few days..

Not sure what kind of bird this is but we saw them all over MK..

We, South Louisiana, call them egrets. They are a member of the Heron family. What is amazing is they were nearly hunted to extinction 80 years ago for their feathers. They have made a remarkable recovery and can be seen all over the Gulf South.

THIS IS OUR FRIEND MARK, HE IS A GOOF. WHILE HIS WIFE AND MY HUSBAND RODE TOWER OF TERROR, HIM, MY KIDS, AND ME WERE PLAYING AROUND. IT WAS THE FUNNIEST TRIP WE EVER HAD TO THE WORLD.

Love this picture - I just love this area of MK at night (or any of the areas in MK anytime). It's so peaceful and such a reminder of a simpler way of life and more peaceful times. Thanks for taking me to my happy place...

OOOOOPS! After reading a few more posts then looking at the picture closer I see that it is not B&W.

Still it has given me the idea to do this in B&W when I go to WDW this week.

It's practically B & W. I pulled the color saturation WAY down so everything's B & W except for the bright and vivid objects. I love the effect this creates... Especially with night shots...

Carl and Dustin will be on the look out for these when we go in August. Part of their treasure hunt involves seeing how many willing people they can each get in a phone booth in the UK.

The MEN are ready for MNSSHP.....BTW...if you have never been to MouseSurplus, you NEED (yes, NEED) to go--these hats were only a few dollars each there! MouseSurplus is THE best Hidden Mickey ever!

First I want to say how much I LOVE this thread! It is so magical to see everyone's BEAUTIFUL pictures.

I just couldn't resist commenting on this picture. We have a grey version of this bird that lives at my family's pond most of the year. When my sis was little she called it "Whoa-ie" (like "whoa look at that!") The name stuck. We still have "whoa-ie" birds come visit us every year Good to know we might see "Whoa-ie" at WDW also even if my sis won't be there to see him

Keep posting the Wonderful pictures! We won't get back to the World til September, so I need some Happy thoughts to get me through till then
