not exactly. the MICKEY MOUSE refers to a bus that has no destination or route. this is especially important because with the Magic in Motion (MiM) buses, they have names but you won't typically see them. The Marquees now change automatically (or they're supposed to anyway), but even in the past, a bus driver would go directly from EPCOT to MAGIC KINGDOM for example - it wouldn't say MICKEY MOUSE at all. only when the bus is not in service or it's transporting a guest but not picking up additional guests where it stops will it have the name.
now the other part.. what MICKEY MOUSE means - it's a tag indicating the version software of the marquee system. MICKEY MOUSE is the original version, followed by DONALD DUCK and MINNIE MOUSE. The MiM buses are running the SNOW WHITE version, but there is also a SIMBA version out there (or was anyway)
