Good eye! I didn't even notice and I edited the darn thing... I blew it up and it appears to be... a UFO. Either that or an airplane...

It would appear that aliens are interested in Epcot as well

Since you have eaten here, I have a question. Do they make their chocolate sauce there (they do in San Francisco, and you can watch it being made-YUM YUM!), or is it pre-made? I hope this makes sense, because I'm hoping to have more fresh chocolate sauce!

Yes, they make it there, but they don't have the display like they do in San Francisco. The WDW location is much smaller than the one in Ghiradelli Square, San Francisco. However, the sundaes are just as fantastic at WDW as they are in San Francisco. We've also been to the locations in San Diego and Las Vegas as well and they are all the same. Ghiradelli makes the best sundaes on property, IMO.
