Here are those adorable Dalmation puppies watching TV. I think they are watching the 3 Stooges? No, wait... That's not the 3 Stooges, that's my kids! How did they get on TV? :confused3

An oldie but a goodie - anyone remember these characters from 1997? (I'm pretty sure they're not still there - do they have a Figment character these days at all?) My kids are the ones in the navy blue with stars:

I love Figment and Dreamkeeper!!!!

Here is the current incarnation of Figment.

DD was SOOO excited to meet him. As you can see she has her Figment shirt and Figment doll as well. I had actually forgotten to grab the doll when we left home. At the airport, we realized it and she was so upset. Daddy happened to call right then and heard her crying in the background. As soon as he got home from work, Figment was on his way to WDW via Priority Mail. DD wouldn't let us ride his ride or meet him until the doll arrived as she didn't want Figment to miss his ride or meeting himself.

Great shot marciemi.:)

Hopscotch anyone?

Great shot of your children in sig. marciemi Looking close, it looks like one of your children is actually throwing the baseball (decoration on railing)pirate:

We noticed that when we first got it developed. It was particularly confusing because his brother (in the middle) IS actually carrying one of those squishy balls you use in the pool. When we got it, we looked at youngest DS and were like "WHAT does he have in his hand?" since none of our squishy balls are shaped like baseballs!

I believe that I finally figured out how to share my pictures. This isn’t the best shot but I had no tripod and needed to set the camera on the ground to keep it stable. Plus the noise in the image was hard to clean up—cropping and the color correction took more work but here is my first submission. Hope you all enjoy it!:cool2:

Another one from yesterday, this was their first meeting and she fell in love with Belle they spent a ton of time together "talking".

Not very original, but one of my favorites

ooooo.....i like that one!!

thanks for all the great pictures everyone. i had my wisdom teeth taken out very suddenly on wednesday, and all these pictures are making me happy!! (or maybe it's the drugs...hehehe;) )

I had to come check out the thread to see some sunshine. It has been pouring all day today. We've had so much rain the roads and driveway are flooded!

Thanks for posting all the great pics everyone, they really do help brighten a dreary day.

Thank you, padlock. I'm never quite sure when to adjust what. There is a setting for ISO in the "Manual" mode, but I haven't learned all of the adjustments to make with the new camera. I got it just 2 days before I left. This was zoomed in pretty far and set on the "Auto" mode. I've got to do some experimenting to find out what settings to use with the limited manual settings available. I'm really just a snapshot shooter -- home & garden & vacation -- so I can't really justify the expense of a DSLR at this point. I know some people say P&S is synonymous with POS, but for the most part I'm happy with the results I got with the old one -- I just have to learn the tricks with the new one.

Can I ask what kind of camera you do have??
I'm in the same boat...couldn't justify the $$ either. I just bought a panasonic lumix tz1, and am fumbling around trying to learn and perfect it. I was spoiled by my Kodak z740 (which i still have), but it was pretty idiot proof, and didn't have a lot of options.
I'm hoping to experiment and learn before my October trip.
Any tips from ANYBODY would be appreciated! :yay:
