Today's POTD entitled, "Having fun in the fountain at Epcot!":

ps. It was about 65 degrees that day. People kept walking by and staring at my kids playing in the fountains and asking "Is the water heated?" When we said no (it was pool temp, not "warm"), they'd then ask where we were from. When we told them Michigan, they'd nod in understanding! Crazy northerners!

gabbyrosebud - where did you meet up with the Green Army men? That's about my kids and DH's only real character they want to see. I know we saw them in a parade once at MGM (probably the Toy Story parade however many years ago that was!), but haven't seen them just wandering around! Thanks!

Hi! That photo was taken in Oct. 2004 just after the park opened. Their army van just pulled up and out they jumped! We went again in Oct. 2006 and didn't see them out. I heard that they sometimes they do come out for meet and greets. I wish they would all the time because they were so funny! They signed my DD and DS autograph book "green army man". Too cute!

These are of my DH from the Indiana Jones show at MGM. He was chosen as an extra - very funny and cool for all of us except DS4 who thought they really killed his daddy It was very traumatic for him and we won't even show him these pictures. This is one of those things I wouldn't do again until the kids are much older and understand "pretend" a little better.

Incredible. I dream of someday finding the Magic Kingdom like this. It would be eerie but at the same time very enjoyable. Just give me a couple days with crowds like this and I'm satisfied... Just for the picture opportunities alone!

Thank you bdtracey and marciemi! Yeah, I didn't realize the shirt she was wearing... We went to MNSSHP that night. Neither of us felt like wearing costumes, so we wore our Zazzle customized shirts... The very next day we were home and she was trick-or-treating in her Snow White dress, so it was no big deal, and this way we were more comfortable at the party...
