Willis37862, you take some wonderful photos as do so many of you!
It is nice to see a fellow East Tennessean enjoys the World as much as me!
I am so excited...only five more days. All of the daily photos help me pass the time until then not to mention offer so many ideas of things to see and do!
:cool1:
THANKS,
Tabitha
:wave2:Hi neighbor. Your not too far from me at all. Thanks for the kind words about my photos. :) Only 5 days :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: Have a great time, take lots of pictures. :)

Where does everyone put their camera and film in travel? Do you put it in your carryon or in your luggage on the plane?

I put mine in my luggage one time and the xray exposed my film, so now I'm not sure where to put it.

From the Transportation Security Administration website:

Film

The equipment used to screen checked baggage will damage undeveloped film. Pack your undeveloped film in your carry-on bag. High speed and specialty film should be hand inspected at the security checkpoint. To facilitate hand-inspection, remove your undeveloped film from the canister and pack in a clear plastic bag.

Here's the link: Transportation Security Administration

Hope this helps...

I carry my cameras on. I use a Crumpler bag made to carry a laptop and camera gear and it works pretty well. I have gone digital so don't have film problems but, you should be able to find a lead-lined bag for film. Here's a link to a pretty snazy (and pricey) one (Click here) but there are less snazy ones out there!

I can't believe you managed to get that photo without any people in the way!Awesome! :thumbsup2
We actually woke up early to see if we could be the family that opens the park; unfortunately, a relative of somebody that works at WDW was already pre-picked to open MK that morning. We were the first ones there, so there wasn't anybody in the way. Thanks a lot!

Count me in too. I was born and raised in Bristol. My brother is still in Johnson City so we come over frequently.
