I really did NOT like these decorations at all. I thought that they tops were supposed to be a light green color but before looking closely, they just looked dirty and faded. I thought they were supposed to be getting rid of these decorations. Wasn't there some discussion a while ago that they announced they were doing away with them and some people were confused and thought they meant they were stopping the celebration entirely? Hmm, can't remember.
