Woah, what time of day was that taken? It's empty!

It was taken on Sept. 24th (Monday) at around 10:30 am. I think I just got lucky with that shot ( just wish those couple of people weren't in the shot. I need photoshop) or everyone was already in line for rides. I had to wait about 5 minutes to get this shot :

Thanks! I have never had much luck with night time shots. My camera is really an improvement. I only had to lighten it a tiny bit with Picasa a it just popped. I was pretty pleased.

Wish I had had time to snap a bunch more.

Can anyone tell where this was taken?
