It's amazing how much creepier HM is at night. It doesn't make any sense, because it's all inside anyway, but it just is, and that's all there is to it!

The bat really does look like it is suffering from a "hang over"! - Okay maybe not so funny - but I made myself laugh at least!!!!

I hate bats - - had a too close encounter with one in my college dorm room - imagine being asleep in your bed (after one of those fun college parties ) - and waking to the swooping and swishing of bat wings. My friends all thought I was "on something" - since by the time they got there to help me hunt the bat (with a"bat sized towel" and a baseball BAT- it was gone..... next night - same thing - we finally found it sleeping in a box in my closet - SEE - I wasn't hallucinating!

Sorry - just one of those life events that always makes me laugh looking back at it..... I cat carried away reminiscing with mysefl! BTW - I went to college in the "wilderness" of The Adironacks in NY!

I was however fascinated by the bat display at Busch Gardens last weekend - the fact that they were on the other side of the glass helped - they were fun to watch!
