Disney Photography

I know I've seen it on here before, but not sure where to find it now. But I'd love to hear personal opinions on Disney Photography. I know a lot of people have used outside photographers. Is there a reason not to go with Disney photo? Also, if you've had an escape wedding and have used Disney photography that comes with the package. I'd love to hear what you thought. Is the 20 photos really enough?

Ok so I definitely missed the thread a couple under mine that says Disney Photography... wow, it's been one of those days, but I'd still love to hear about Escape Brides using Disney photo!

My daughter had a Wishes wedding but she used Disney photography and videography and everything turned out beautiful!!!!! The photographer was Mike Strickland and another photographer named Joe (I think Duncan was his last name) they were great!!!! Mike had also photographed the rehearsal dinner as well. I have kept the pictures still online if anyone wants to see them. The pictures were online in less than two weeks I think and the video took about 8 weeks. The video company that disney used is Bruno White entertainment and they did a great job. The website for the pictures are www.disneyweddings.go.com/krantzandwilson. The user name is Krantz / Wilson wedding (make sure you space between like I did) and the password is 1971. Hope that helps you a bit.

My pictures are no longer up, but I was really happy with them. We had Joe as our photographer and I thought he did a fantastic job!

I went into it a little worried, but I decided to stick with DPS as it was included in the package: no sense in paying extra; we would have rather spent the mony on a BP shoot or our DP. I'm really pleased with our decision.

It was hard to pick 20 photos for the album (even harder to pick 12 for the BP album), but we did it. I also ordered 4 additional 8x10s. I was happy with the whole process, my only wish was that the CD was cheaper!

Here you'll find the wedding pictures as well as the MK photo shoot pics. We really liked them!

Just to clarify: You do get all the pictures taken, as 'proofs' and only 20 are set in the album.

Thanks for the input! Just curious how much was it to purchase the CD?

It's roughly $400 but then you don't get any albums. If you want the albums as well I think it's something like $750 for escape brides, $1000 for wishes.
