Your PhotoBook looks great, David. I hope both you and your dad are keeping well and planning that next Disney vacation. I've only ever made the CD and the PhotoMovie in the past, but now I'm definately wanting to get me one of those albums!

I'm just disappointed that I didn't take any photos on our Illuminations cruise - I only took video. Mind you, my "night shots" usually turn out disastrous!

I ordered mine ages ago and then with the whole 60 days nonsense, they went ahead and cancelled this. I wonder if it's worth getting them to re-instate this and if they do, will they stand by the previous situation with free postage??

Did you get a refund for your unused purchase? If not, they should issue you a new code - just drop them an email. I have to call the PhotoPass guys this week to get a new code, too. I didn't use mine last year and when I emailed them to advise, I asked if I could either get a refund or just have the code re-instated after this year's trip. They chose the easy option - to re-issue a code when I needed it!

Yeah I did get the refund - I e-mailed to ask about how I would get a refund should I want to cancel - they took this as instruction to cancel. For the sake of the delivery fee, it's probably just as easy to re-order than have them muck about. I'm sure they'd simply tell me to go ahead and re-order anyway.

Might send them an e-mail at some point before we go just to ask!

Just for clarification it cost be $17 shipping on the CD and $15 on the book - for anyone that is thinking about it. I am thinking about complaining as it can't be done in one order.

Let me know how you get on with that - I'm sure they're argument is that they are made in completely different places and therefore ship separately....boo!
