Disney Phone Problems??

I am needing to change my reservation (I do not have the option online) and when I call the Disney phone number it says "all circuits are busy" then a fast busy signal. I called earlier this morning, and got through, but it said it was over a 45 minute wait. Then I tried again and it said over a 60 minute wait. Now I get "all circuits are busy". Anyone else having this issue? :confused3

D23 excitement has really generated Disney some business :earboy2:
 
I got that when I tried to call just now. I was persistent. It took 3-4 minutes of redial, but I was able to get through eventually. Then I learned the wait time is more than 60 minutes. I don't have more than 60 minutes to sit on hold right now. So I am calling back tonight.

They just announced a room discount. This is standard operating procedure.

I may need to look into that and see if it something I can get in on! BTW.... Love your pictures!!
 

I have been encountering this too since 7 am. Of all of the years I have been booking codes this has never occurred where there was a 60 min wait all day long. Maybe there is something wrong? I will try again soon.

Hopefully, next time we all call the wait times will be shorter!
 
Agree! I tried this morning and had over 60 minute wait. Tried again this afternoon, 45 minute wait. I had time to wait this afternoon so I did. After 20 minutes on the phone with the agent (after the 50 minute wait), she said no room discounts were available for the time I want. Frustrated!!! What a waste of time.

The agent on online chat said the system is not working properly - go figure!

Will try again tomorrow.

I am currently waiting on the phone. (Said it is a 45+ minute wait). I was looking at different dinner reservations just to see if something better had opened up and I am getting an error there too. So apparently they are having some issues today.

Sorry you were unable to get in on the discount :(. Maybe you will get a PIN number emailed to you :D
