Disney Phone Line Issues?!

I have been trying to call Disney for hours at this point to see if we can apply the room offer to our reservation! It won't let me do it online and EVERY SINGLE phone line from WDW is busy or not ringing or telling me my phone call cannot be completed.

I've had the same problem all morning. I even tried calling the concierge desk club level at the Beach Club(we are staying there in Sept) and no one is answering the phone. Very frustrating.

Bad News: It's a 2.5 hour wait...

I'm probably not getting this discount.

Yep, happens every year. On the bright side, I've been able to book FD several weeks after first announced despite seeing no availability during the first few days.

I have four in our party. I could select 3 of them but each time I clicked on the 4th it gave me an error that profiles cannot be edited, whatever that means! I then went into my profile, deleted that member and recreated as new. Went back thru the booking process and was then able to select all four party members and continue with booking. The only difference in the one problem member was I had their log in account linked to mine so they could see all reservations etc. Have no idea if that was an issue.

I have been trying since 8am and can't get through either. I am also getting the issue trying to make the change online - it say I need to call. Extremely frustrating!

I had been trying since 8. I got through to just the phone line at 1030 and didnt speak to a person till 1245. No discount...It is super frustrating!
