disney parks christmas train

hello!
we are headed to Disney world in 9 days and I was looking to purchase the following train. Anybody know if this is available in the parks and not just online? ordering online and shipping to Canada is very expensive. thought we could just buy it while we were there.

It is available at most of the stores at Disney World. It is a pretty big box so take that into consideration if you are flying. It cost the same price as online.

Yes, they usually have this for sale at the Parks. The box is very large so take that into consideration if you're wanting to put it into a suitcase

thank you so much for the replies...we may open the box and put pieces in our carry on so that they do get damaged (like checked luggage) does sometimes!

Doesn't free shipping on purchase over $75. apply to Canada also or is that just USA ? Do you have a Disney Visa there's a code for 25 % off listed too. If not, you sound like you have a great plan. Merry Christmas.


Correction..poster below states you do not have to have a Disney Visa for the 25 % off, that was yesterday as a preview shopping day for card holders.

Just bought this online myself. You don't need a Disney Visa for the family and friends discount. Not sure on the free shipping to Canada, but I didn't see any exclusions for it.

Saves about $30 with the discount!

This is currently set up in our living room and was a GREAT purchase. Our 7-year-old has played with it multiple times/day over the past four days. I usually like to get the gifts put away quickly, but I don't mind leaving this one out because he uses it so frequently.

I agree the box is quite large, and the train cars are also quite large. I expected a smaller train and was surprised by the size of the cars. For planning purposes, it's not something you can disassemble and add to your luggage (like most Lego sets!) Might want to bring an extra bag or save lots of space in your luggage.
