Disney park in New York city

I know that the Disney America park did not succeed nor did the first America theme park in New York City. Maybe Disney theme park can in New York by using the winter strategy the company uses in Paris and Japan parks .

Think Disney is expensive now? I couldn't imagine the cost in overpriced NY .... and I live here! I'd rather go to Florida any day.
