These boards are amazing! I'll have a thought and get on the boards and someone has posted my exact same thought! Maybe it's just scary that there are more people out there that think like me!

We have about 6 weeks to go (can't believe it, started the countdown at 210 days!) and have done EVERYTHING there possibly is to do! I think I have spent more money planning the trip than I will on the trip itself!

I have bought EVERY single guide book there is on WDW, I have made all our ADR's, I have made Garden Grocer reservations and Orlando Stoller Rental reservations, my Disney packing box is filled with the little things, like sunscreen, first aid items, glow sticks, etc. I've ordered DS's costume from Ebay for
MNSSHP... now I'm just having to sit back and wait and it's killing me! And I did think to myself the other day, "I wonder if all this planning will actually take some of the magic out of the trip." Like, will it live up to my expectations? First trip for me and my son, and while I don't feel like it has to be "perfect," I want it to be REALLY fun!

I am trying to keep the "go with the flow" advice first and foremost in my head. With a five-year-old, there is only so much planning you can do anyhow!

I did order the six DVD set on WDW from
Amazon last week. I figured the last few weeks until we leave could be spent watching the DVD's with my son. That will help pass the time!

Until then... just going to keep planning as much as I can! So excited and can't wait to go!
