Is Tanger the same as Five Oaks? LOL, I live here and I don't even know!! I know that it is in the Five Oaks Outlet Mall and can be very nice. Usually hit or miss but sometimes it even has new things from the Catalog there! Five Oaks has a lot of outlets stores there. You could spend a day or two just shopping!
