Disney, other tourism businesses try again for lawsuit protections

Wow. I see two options:

1) Disney should not allow children to participate in these activities and let the guests complain enough that they might be motivated to use public pressure to change the law, because if lawyers ruled the World, no one would have any fun.

2) The only fun thing to do in the World for kids will be the Marshmallow Ride, where children are rolled up in a large ball of hypo-allergenic cotton and sit on a mattress in a room with completely padded walls.

Imagine the re-Imagineering of Disney World, brought to you by the Trial Lawyers Association of America. Featuring oldies but goodies like "It's a Small World but Nothing Will Ever Hurt You", where guests are rolled in hypo-allergenic cotton batting, laid out on a very slow moving conveyor belt ergonomically designed to not put a crick in their neck, where they see ethnically neutral dolls move very slowly against a beige background to music sufficiently low enough as to not cause any potential hearing loss or aggravate OCD, anxiety disorder, extreme anger disorder, or make children ever want to go on it again.

Another gem, sponsored by Dewie, Cheatem & Howe: "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad that Will Never Hurt You or Make You Afraid of Trains", in which guests are rolled up in hypo-allergenic cotton, laid on a conveyor belt (with ergonomics, etc approved by OSHA), and shown a slow moving film of beige trains rolling on a straight track while smiley faces inside look back at the guests in order to convey the concept of fun and trains, but not make anyone scared or feel nauseous or have any extreme feelings of any kind.

The best is the new Horseback Riding Experience, sponsored by the Never Have Anything Resembling Fun Ever Society in partnership with the Trial Lawyers of America, where guests are rolled up in cotton, laid on a conveyor belt, and look at a picture of a beige horse, for 20 minutes, so it doesn't seem too different from the old ride.

Have fun with that...
