YAY! What a nice end to my week!! Got a HUGE box from DisneyDirect from Misty In Illinois....Ok, who are you really?

Anyway, it's a *fabulous* wicker picnic basket/set with Micky mugs and plates inside! It's just beautiful. I'll be using those plates and mugs daily, picnic or not! DH and I have always wanted a really nice picnic set, and just kinda walk by them in the store and say we'll get it another time. YAY!

I am glad to say I am home and electricity has been restored to my home. Schools are still closed due to no electricity, kids are happy. I was able to check and all fo my packages were confirmed delivered. Two people have posted that they got them and I am happy that everything seemed good! I am just waiting for the last to post that they got it, it was delievered at 11:35am on 8/25.

We have not received any of ours yet, but mailed has been a little crazy due to Katrina.

We're home! Just got back from Disney in the very early hours this morning.

I received a package from taekwondomom. Thank you! I received a Minnie tshirt, Minnie socks, Pooh notepad, stickers and Tigger napkins.

I would like to say that my DS rec. his package on Sat -- and was very excited.. he go a Tigger plush, a Stitch plush and I believe a Stitch Die Cast car (he took off with the box very quickly!!) Thanks to momtoce&j .. he loved them.. the tigger and stitch are in his bed !!! the car is on the racetrack ! Michelle

I hope our two packages are posted soon - i did see they were delivered on friday.

Glad he liked it. I was trying to find things I thought he would like. James of course approved of everything before we mailed it out. I think he was hoping the car wouldn't fit inside the box so he could keep that for himself.

Mr. Postman just paid a visit to my house with lots of boxes. We received all three of our exchanges today! Sarah (momtoce&j) sent me an awesome package! I got a Tinkerbell mug

and a Grumpy mug She said I have a choice each morning! I absolutely love these! Thanks you so much!

The kids are currently playing with friends, so as soon as they leave, they will open their packages and I will be back to post!

Yeah! I was worried Katrina got her paws on your package and either kept it for herself or damaged the mugs. Good to know they arrived safe and sound!

When we got our names to exchange with, there wasn't an age next to Alysia's. For some reason I took to assuming she was 7 or 8 years old. The kids and I picked out this cute Tinkerbell school back pack and some Princess dental flossers. Well, imagine my surprise when I found out she's as old as my Caitlin. I asked Cailtin if she would like these things and she just looked at me. So needless to say, we bought Alysia the cookie jar.

Glad she likes it. Now tell her how close she was to going back to school with a very childish Tinkerbell backpack.

we had a similar experience when shopping for Alysia's exchange person. The girl is 12. I was informed that a 12 yr old would not like anything I picked out and Alysia picked out the package. I'm just a silly mom who doesn't know anything.
