I'm frustrated with trying to order something from Disney, and wondering if anyone has experience with them that can kind explain this to me.
I ordered a Mickey duvet set. On the website it says it's in stock & when it's in my cart it says it's in stock. I finalized the order, and later the order status showed not shipped. The only explanation I get is an email telling me that the item "was not available at the time your order was filled". No explanation, no further info on if it WILL become available, just that I wasn't billed for it & it wasn't available at that moment.
Any ideas on how to find out more info? I've tried emailing them, and they just email me back with the same cookie-cutter response.
