Here's the schedule:
Walt Disney World Resort: Behind the Scenes
OCT 11 2005
@ 10:00 AM

Explore Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center, and Disney-MGM Studios in this in-depth behind-the-scenes tour. Once a sleepy town, Orlando has become the nation's premiere vacation spot and a rite of passage for children the world over.

Disney's Animal Kingdom
OCT 12 2005
@ 10:00 AM

Go behind the scenes for a tour of Disney's most ambitious theme park. Discover the challenges involved in combining thrill rides and live animals, and find out the secret behind Disney's largest audio animatronic figures.

Disney's Imagineers
OCT 13 2005
@ 10:00 AM

Explore Disney World's most popular attractions, including the Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, and the Tower of Terror. From blue sky conception through design and construction to final ride testing, every step of Disney's process is revealed.

Disney's Great Escapes
OCT 14 2005
@ 10:00 AM

Walt Disney World and Disneyland are world renowned for their exciting theme and water parks, and as magical places to escape from it all. But what many may not realize is Disney's deluxe resorts are vacations unto themselves with activities for all ages.

Thought I'd give a :Pinkbounc to get this great info out on front page again. Thanks :cheer2:

Are these the only times they will be shown? I have to work and my vcr doesnt record right. I really want to see the shows. I hope they show them at a later time as well.

There's also Undiscovered Walt Disney World on Friday at 10-11 am EST on Discovery HD. We just got DirecTV with TiVo installed last week, and one of the first things I programmed to record was the Travel Channel Disney stuff. Can't wait to check out Disney stuff in HD. TiVo is great!

I don't think I've seen these... though I have seen the Samantha Brown "Great Hotels" episodes where she stays at WDW resorts. Yes they're old -- but they're still fun to watch.

Does anyone know if the Travel Channel sells episodes or if there is any other way to get a copy of these episodes. Unfortunately us folks up here north of the border don't receive the U.S. Travel Channel. We do have our own channel but we never get any Disney shows whatsoever. I get so jealous at you guys for having this channel. I almost want an illegal satellite dish just for that channel. If anyone knows how I can get my hand on some of these episodes please let me know. It's driving me nuts.

thanks for telling me! :)

I watched the one this morning and recorded it.. Ive seen most of them on the travel channel, but I never saw that one.. It was good!

Isn't HD and DVR the best??!!! Thanks 4 the heads Up I will def. record this one!

They need to do some new shows - I've seen all those listed. You'd think they would for the 50th anniversary. Also, they make very little abut Disneyland.

I'd be thrilled to get some old shows. As I stated earlier I don't get any shows up here in Canada. Maybe I should get a little shack just across the border with a little 13" tv and satellite dish so I can take advantage of the programming. :rotfl:
