Hey everyone...if anyone's here, the Disney episode of Unwrapped is on the Food Network tonight at 9pm eastern!
If this is the same episode, i'm in it! There's a really quick scene during the Chef Mickey's segment. You'll see a girl in a white shirt, red shorts, and bridal ears goofing around with Goofy! It's really quick...but that's me! That was 9/11/02 and DH and I had just gotten married the day before. We were going to the MK that day so we started the day at Chef Mickey's. We were told that a tv show was filming that day but never thought anything of it. As we were leaving, I stopped to get a picture with Goofy. He was making a production out of the fact that we had gotten married recently. He dropped to one knee at one point...holding up my hand for all to see...it was kind of funny. After our encounter, we were heading to the monorail but behind us, we heard "bride and groom! bride and groom!" We turned around and were approached by someone with a contract. They had caught my encounter with Goofy on film and wanted us to sign a waiver in case they decided to use it in the show. When it aired, I was so excited for my 3 second blip on camera...
I get to re-live my 3 seconds of fame at least once a year!
So anyone who watches...look for me!
