Disney On Ice Questions!

Hi everyone! I have a few quick questions about the upcoming Disney On Ice: Toy Story 3 ticket I have for Kansas City. A little background: I'm an 18 year old college student, and I love Disney! The last time I went to Disney On Ice I was 5, so it's been a while. I know that I am going to want to buy some sort of souvenir, but not sure what yet. Thanks in advance!

1. What kind of souvenirs do they have, and how much are they?
2. Do they still have the keepsake books?
3. How much money should I plan on bringing for souvenirs?
4. What are the costs of concessions (more drinks than anything else)?
5. Should I risk bringing my DSLR camera to take pics? I want good pics!

Thank you everyone!

Hello, the souviners are geared mainly to kids. They do have tshirts and drinks in souviner cups. I don't recall much more for teens/adults. I think they did have souviner programs.

The price of concessions depends on your venue. Lots of people take cameras at our venue. Disney has no problems with picture taking as long as its for personal use. They don't allow professional cameras.

Enjoy!

That's what I assumed, I'll just have to take a look when i'm there! Thanks for the input!

We saw this 2 weeks ago when it was in Chicago. The show was WONDERFUL but we felt the souvenirs were lacking - they all seemed to be from the original and none of the new characters. My DD wanted something Lotso and they had nothing. In fact, the snowcone cup of Jessie was the same we bought at Toy Story years ago. That being said, the show was wonderful and I am sure you will love it!

souveneirs and snacks are on the pricey side (IMO). It's been a couple of years since we went to Disney on Ice, but I'm thinking a snow cone in a souvenier cup was about $10 or 12. Spinny light up things were $15-20. We've never bought a T-shirt, but I'm thinking they were in the 30-40 range. This is Denver, and I know the prices will vary by location, but just to give you an idea.

My DD and I went a couple of weeks ago.

The cotton candy with a plastic hat was $10 or $12, the snowcones in a platic cup with a character were $12.

The spinny light up toys were $20-30 each. The T-Shirts were $30. I believe program books were $15. Basically all the souvenirs were more than the tickets to the show (I got mine for $12.50 a piece with a dicount code from travelzoo!)

The show was amazing! My DD9 and I had a blast. She got one light up spinny souvenir for $20 (I always got one at the Disney on Ice show growing up so I couldn't resist when she wanted one!) The skaters were phenomenal and the production quality was outstanding as it is every year we go. Have a great time, and definitely bring your camera.

Thanks everyone for all the great info! I'm thinking about sticking with the program booklet. That will give me something to keep!
