Disney On Ice : Mickey & Minnie's Magical Journey

We are going to the Dec 27th evening show. We were mailed a discount promo that was good for a couple of weeks back in October.

We have gone for the past 4 or 5 years for the Christmas afternoon show at 3pm. We're going again this year. Looking forward to it!

We'ew going to the 3 p.m. show Christmas afternoon with DGD and DD and DSIL. DGD is super excited, and so am I.

We're going on the 27th, at noon.
It will be our first time.
Do you get to take a picture with some of the characters? Is there such a thing?
Thanks, Camilo

We've been in the past, and have never seen any form of meet and greet. Although I think that's a great idea.

So I just got tickets for us to go to the show on the 27th @ 12 noon....big surprise for the kids......The last time we went to the Rogers Centre it was for the Elmo show....they might clue in when we park!

A couple of years ago, they had the princesses there and I think you were allowed to go up for a picture, or maybe not, as they were behind the rope. I forget now, will have to pull our my pictures. But I do remember Cinderella as she does look like the one who we hired for DD's birthday.

Does anyone know if you can take pictures/videotape during the performance. Also, for those who are going on the 27th, could you please let us know what merchandise they have for sale. Thanks

Yup, you can take lots of pictures and video of the performance. We are even picking up a free Mickey and Minnie disposable camera at the show and our 5 year old can take all the photos she wants.

Please report back with your reviews if going today (or anytime for that matter).

The family really enjoyed the show. The premise of this one is MIckey and the gang go on vacation and first go to Africa and we see the Lion King story, then we see The Little Mermaid, Lilo and Stitch and finally Peter Pan.

Something I didn't know for all you going: If you have bought your kids the overpriced lighted toys you can actually bring last year's back and trade it in for a new one this year! Keep that in mind.

We will be there the same time as you!

Sounds awesome...

Is there an intermission?

In the past, there was an intermission, I am assuming there would be one here as well (helps plan snacks).

Yes there is an intermission. Our show started at 3pm and had a break at about 4 for 15 minutes and we it was over at 5pm. Enjoy!

Anyone have pictures or descriptions of the merchandise they have for sale?

Here's a few pics... I missed the "spinny light up thing-a-ma-boppers", but I think I got pretty much everything else.
