Disney on cable TV question

Hi - my first time posting in this forum, and I'm not sure this is the right place. I used to be able to click on a link and see all the Disney related programs that are on TV during the upcoming week, including Travel Channel, History Channel, etc. I think somebody had put this information together and made it readily available for us Disney fans. Does anyone have that link? I had it at work but had to delete everything when I got a new computer and forgot to save that one. Thanks to whoever can help me.
