Disney on Broadway Concert Series Dining Package question

I'm wondering - it's a flat charge for the package, and I get that at Biergarten, because it's a buffet, but can anyone tell me what the menus are for the other restaurants? Do you just order off the regular menu, or is there a set menu for the package? I can't find this info anywhere on the WDW site, nor can I find it in the reservation I've made at Rose and Crown.

You get to order from regular menu, with the exception of lobster, according to Disney Dining. BTW, lobster is not offered at Rose & Crown.

If lunch or dinner, you may order an appetizer, entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage.

I found R&C dinner package to be a good value; but it will depend, of course, on your selections.

Just to let you know, if you are booking the dining package in order to get a better seat for the Broadway concert it is not necessary, at least it wasn’t on the two nights we went last week. They have a non guaranteed seating line on the Italy side of the venue, and We lined up about a half hour before the start. On both occasions once they let the group in you had a wide choice of seating, we were in the second row center both nights.

The two concerts we saw were absolutely fantastic! The level of talent was excellent. I can’t recommend this enough if you are a Broadway fan.
