Disney on a diet?

can anyone recommend some good (cheaper) places to eat at Disney/Orlando surronding area that are both diet friendly and vegetarian friendly?

I know that if you ask, WDW restaurants offer vegetarian meals. My DSis is not a big meat eater and asked for a veggie meal at LTT and she said it was great!

At all the quick service restaurant in WDW they will substitute baby carrots for the french fries in any meal deal.

www.allearsnet.com has a section devoted to vegetarian eating at WDW.

Being a vegetarian myself and on a diet I have planned my meals for my upcoming trip from the help of this site.
