Disney OCD--aka MissCammie is Disney Planning!

Yes some props from Misscammie, now I feel :cloud9: Cant wait for more pre trip madness. By the way we are watching our videos from last years trip, it is great to hear the parade music and watch the magic again. As always the very best to the campbell-scots many  and disney :wizard:

we also got a bunch of other little odds and ends...Lysol wipes for the room, travel Lysol spray, hand sanitizer gel that I can attach to the park bag, and this one is my favorite...travel toilet seat covers!:lmao:

but seriously...we need them...Sally would NEVER ever go to the bathroom without them...and the child can't hold it for ten days!

OMG-this is the first I have heard of this! NO toilet seat covers in Disney? I always find this odd when I visit other states and there are no seat covers? It just doesn't make sense to me!

Thanks for the warning, I will stock up on the travel ones.

y'know...I can't recall really if there are toilet seat covers...there may be...but on the off chance that we end up in a stall that is OUT, we'll be covered!:thumbsup2

You have me hooked Miss Cammie, became a member because of your post!

I am glad you are getting your full 10 days this year, it seems the evil is reversed in your situation and thank goodness, not able to ruin that this year!

I hope you enjoy that zero entry pool at AKL and have a great time. So far, Florida hasn't been unbearably hot, but I live here, so used to it.

Have a great time and no one allowed to be sick! WooHoo, you're going to Disney!!!

wow! I'm honored you used your very first post to comment on my Pre trip report!!

Nope, no evil to report this year, just blessings...never really was any evil...just life I guess...it's messy, but what can you do?:confused3

I'm trying to be a much more zen person this year. My doctor said I don't have room for any more ulcers so I'd better take a different route mental health wise from hear on out!

I shall do my best!!!

thanks for joining us!!! :goodvibes

10 pages in a week! How on earth did I miss the pre-trippie?

I like the term grazing. I think we all graze while prepping for Disney. The kid's are going to love Peggy's baskets.

Disney does have toilet seat covers :thumbsup2 very important!

I totally spaced today, I planned on stopping at WalMart and Target and spent more time in the barn than I planned and didn't make either store, I need new aqua socks for either TL or BB.

I can just picture Sally asking for her new bag princess: No way was Daddy going to say no :lovestruc

we are SO watching the videos from last summer! Teddy keeps saying "I'm SO hilarious!!!" :lmao:

I just talked to my dad and reminded him we'd be at Disney for ten days...his response was "TEN DAYS?! How'd you get ROPED into that?!"

:sad2:

poor daddy...he just doesn't get it.

y'all are going in September right?

It's my ultimate goal to get to Disney at a non crowded, but non sweltering time of year...does that exist?

:confused3

I'm excited about the baskets! Jay and I found some really nice REAL binoculars for the kids for a VERY reasonable price! They are going to be SO excited to watch the animals with binoculars!!! Peggy said I could send them to her and she'd add them in!!! :cool1:

You are VERY wise!

::yes::

I don't know if I'd go that far...I'm just not foolheaded enough to keep banging my head against a brick wall. It HURTS!!! ;)

:goodvibes

Yes, we have to get the kids new water shoes too...the crocs don't do well as water shoes. I found Keens on sale the other day, so I think I'm going to go that route. Rugged but seaworthy!!!:thumbsup2

Sally's got the gift! It's the brown eyes...and the big heart! :)

Yesterday we "graze shopped" through Wally World and Target. Graze shopping is when you go through stores with no list in particular...but as you see things you say "OH, we NEED this for Disney!"...even though you had no real intention of buying.

:confused3

I am the QUEEN of this. I can nickel and dime myself to DEATH with graze shopping...this reminds me very much of animals that graze...they have no intention really of WHICH grass they are going to graze on...they just graze b/c it happens to be in their face...before they know it they've mowed a pretty long strip over a long distance of ground.

We do this at Wally World...and at Target...and the mall...especially at Bloomingdales..."OH I NEED that Ella Moss dress for Disney...it would so breezy and cool in the humidity..."

OMG! I SO do this--I just never knew it was offically called "graze shopping". I have a wonderful stash from my graze shopping--stashed all over the house so DH won't see! Haha! I DO have toilet seat covers, and trial size everything...and I do mean everything *ahem*

So glad to be reading your trip report(s) again, Miss Cammie

I knew their had to be a word for it! We did this yesterday at Target too! DH got a very generous gift card from his co-workers for our wedding and we just needed a *few* things for our upcoming honeymoon! :yay:

We originally went for a day messenger bag like the one Sally got, but I don't think DH is going to like carrying around a HSM bag in Italy. :rotfl:

Once we realized that the bag mission was failed, we spotted the travel section and just went nuts.

Hey, it's a gift card. That's practically free anyway,. :rolleyes1

Just a heads up, the new Toy Story Mania ride, at Hollywood studios, is awesome but, being new, a very long line. Get a fast pass as soon as you hit that park, they also are going very quickly.

17 more days.... :cool1:
How's the try on thing going, does this fit, to small or just right??:rotfl:
I hope it went well and not to much shopping in the next few days...:rotfl: no time for shopping, time to post and post...
Have a great day..

I am loving reading about the soon to be adventures of Miss Cammie and clan!

And how cool is it that the kids are doing the pirate adventure? My DS is still too young, I know he would go nuts for something like that, so I'm really looking forward to reading about it! Especially through the eyes of Sally and Teddy, those two.:goodvibes

How great that you've set up all that for your anniversary and for the kids. You know what, sometimes it's just nice to spoil ourselves a little bit, nothing wrong with that at all.:thumbsup2 That's how I talked my DH into staying at the Wilderness Lodge this year...."but honey, it's free dining, and the standard room is the least expensive...":rolleyes1

I love your graze shopping. It's soooooo easy to do that. I heard tell Neutrogena now makes a sunblock that's SPF 85. I soooo need to seek that out. I may be part Italian, but I inherited the Irish skin! And, so did my son. Which means applying and re-applying. Ad naseum. You get it.

Looking forward to hearing more!:goodvibes

I really enjoyed your last report and am already loving this one!!!

Oh man...:faint: Teddy has grown completely out of any close toed sandals...more specifically his Keens!:headache: We have some shopping to do. Sally too...the child went and grew out of ALL of her crocs, except the Minnie Janes that are a women's size SIX! :sad2: bad children don't listen when I tell them to STOP growing!

soooo...we'll be shoe shopping this weekend...:cheer2: ;)

Check out ebags for day packs and messenger bags!! They have some pretty decent deals going on right now!!! Pre-honeymoon graze shopping is the MOST fun!!:goodvibes

This weekend I spent FAR too many hours reading your last trip report......:surfweb:

Miss Cammie, YOU ROCK! I wanna be just like you someday.:worship:

Both of my dds are way into HSM too.....dd10 doesn't go anywhere without her pink, ruffly, sparkly HSM purse. She & Sally would be instant BFFs if they were ever to meet.

You are just a little wealth if information. I had no idea Peggy was in business still. I totally could have SWORN I read that she stopped.:confused3 I was planning on looking into another retailer for my shopping needs... BUT I would much rather give my business to a fellow DIS'r.

Now on the front on grazing the big box retailers. It is an addiction of many. You fit right in. :thumbsup2 Tgt has a special place in my heart and it knows how to pull the cash from my pocket books. They are good at it. They know what they are doing. The got US! :worship:

Good for little Sally for earning that bag. Good girls deserve rewards. I love that she slept with it. :cloud9: Recently my dd got her first pair of ballet slippers, to which she has slept with on her little feet time and time again. We, momma's need to bank those cute little girl gestures in your momory bank. :)
