Yes !!! NEED dessert parties !!!

Honestly, At this point I don't even need desserts. Just give me a baggie of cookies and a diet coke and a comfort zone in the garden.

I sure hope so!!! We go in August and I’d even prefer fastpasses over fireworks.

Same - we arrive 7/14, and we are definitely "Team Fastpass" !!! And not to threadjack, but does anyone know if the "Pirate and Pal" dessert party was done away with permanently? I checked the other day, and dont even see it listed - The other dessert parties said "Currently Not Available".

Boo Bash will have fireworks prior to the start of the event - Happily Ever After - during regular park hours

Has this been reported somewhere or is this just your opinion...I really hope it's true.

Live Entertainment is Returning to Disneyland This Week

I'll be there Friday! So, I guess I'll be crying at Disneyland again The marching band is one of my most fave things at the park, I'm so happy to hear this!

I read on a site I can’t link here that restaurants are now using condiment bottles and salt and pepper shakers. Something small but kinda huge right. Lol

This was announced. This is typical of how they have handled previous After Hours events - AH guests can get in at 7 so they can see the fireworks before their event begins if they so choose. They did say it was Happily Ever After, but if the hsow changes for the 50th in October, then it would be that one.

Now --- can we just add ONE more hour to AK closing ? I see July dates amended to 7PM park close in lieu of 6PM--- park so beautiful at nite--- Come on.... what do you say... 8PM ?? )

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge to Reopen Aug. 26

Walt Disney World has just announced that starting tomorrow, Wednesday, June 16th, they will start accepting bookings for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge for arrivals beginning August 26th

Nice! I have a stay booked in a studio in Kidani and was thinking about swapping it for a standard room in Jambo House. Now I'll have to decide if I actually want to do that!

My boys will be turning 15-years-old on Sunday and they still love Disney. They tell me all the time they miss Disney and they can't wait for our trip in August, so they haven't lost their love for Disney. There is hope!

My son will be turning 16 on our upcoming trip, and still loves it. While he's not outwardly excited, I know he is excited by the question he asks. We always have a great time, and there are things that I know he will remember about our trips long past the time I'm around.

Honestly, posting all this so if the "powers that be" are snooping like they did for noodles and are debating what the can offer, I don't need much in July, I just want to watch my HEA in the garden with my grandkids, without the shoulder to shoulder, and . I can wait for more to return to the dessert parties in October.
