Similar for me. I had no idea how the ride was going to work. We loved it and are glad we got to do it twice last trip.

RUMOR: New “Monorail Resort” Hotel Concept Rekindled, Construction Spotted in Magic Kingdom Area

It’s so slow we’re going to resort rumors! Heres this one about the 4th Monorail resort that has gone back and forth through the years!

Yeah, I think we will see more development at the 3 existing monorail resorts before Disney tries to build on that land again. They try to build there every so often and things sink. I can see another Contemporary Tower and Poly expansion first.

I could easily spend hours watching the animals on the trails at AK. While my friends an family are always wanting to move from attraction to attraction I like to kill my time at Gorilla Falls and Maharaja ... the obvious favorites are the tigers on Maharaja and the gorillas and meerkats on Gorilla Falls

Love it! Sometimes I read people saying AK is a half day park. Not for animal lovers
We always want more than 1 day.

Saturday/Sunday usually never have any news. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday are prime news days.

Phew, now that we're back from WDW I'm turning my sights on the Disneyland news! There's been rumors of Fantasmic! returning this summer there so fingers crossed.

I'm thinking we'll do a WDW xmas trip next year so really curious to see what they do this year if they go back to parties or not...

Anybody else find this interesting? Annual passes are fully available starting July 7th - I haven't seen this much availability on a short-term scale in a long time. Maybe this is signaling a potential return to AP sales?

It was wonderful! And things are running much smoother than they were when we went in November. Transportation, mobile order, uber availability was all good! I can see why folks miss FP but for the most part rope drop and evenings we got it all done with small waits. It's still doable! HS is tougher but again, rope drop is the way.

I called Disney a few weeks ago trying to renew my dd’s ap early. I was connected to a CM in the AP department and they reassured me like five times that I didn’t need to worry about getting park pass reservations for her for the fall ( my husband and my ap are renewable before hers). He stated that ap park pass reservations will be ‘plentiful’ in the fall. I took it all with a grain of salt but it made me curious.

It's not really about the availability, but it looks like Disney increased availability for APs, which may be signaling a return to AP sales. We've been waiting over a year for sales to return, so just curious if anyone else thinks this may be a signal towards AP sales returning.

We're headed to DLR in the late fall. Fantasmic coming back would be great news! We're also watching for what they're going to do for Halloween and surprised we haven't heard anything yet. I did just read they're doing the HM overlay apparently, so very excited about that!
