Disney has had Mousekeeping staffing issues for years. I was listening to a Disney Dish podcast the other day from 2018 and what were they talking about? Disney having a difficult time hiring Mousekeeping staff. Apparently they don’t (or at least didn’t at that time) pay as well as some other hotels and resorts and there was already a shortage in Orlando. Covid certainly hasn’t helped matters. I wouldn’t be surprised if the more limited Mousekeeping remains permanently.

Additional Boo Bash dates have sold out.

All Tuesdays & Fridays in October are sold out and an additional day in September.

I’m curious to see if they add an additional day in October since it’s seems to be selling out quickly (I’ve never paid attention in the past so I don’t know how this compares to normal sales of hard ticket events).

We are here now. Did MK today and were amazed at how light crowds felt. This was 2:30 pm today between Peter Pan and It’s a Small World. It was like this each time we walked through. I was pleasantly surprised!
ETA: and we got to do the stretching room for haunted mansion and that made me so happy!

Ok, got it. I think they've now updated their article...when I first clicked on it; it had 11pm the whole month. I'd love 11pm closes for when we're there in Aug.

I think it was supposed to be Ample Hills, but then they went bankrupt? It was a while ago, though, so maybe it was Salt and Straw? I know they are in Downtown Disney at Disneyland...

Yay!

We tried to ride ToT today but saw tons of people bailing out of the line and ended up bailing ourselves. On the bus ride over it said 13 minutes so walk on, but by the time we arrived, it was 20, then by the time we bailed it was over 30. One CM said they were only running elevators on one side, and this was about 6:30-7 pm this evening.

Also, it was nice to see at Epcot the Imagination and SSE areas open up for play!
