I think it’s a move to make Magic Band+ more worth it if it can work in multiple resorts, and they are marketing it as Disney Band+ to disconnect it from MDE. I reckon they'll eventually try to phase out the original Magic Bands, especially now that you don't get them with your resort stay, so it is just Disney Band + left

Seems likely something is different on the Wish since it's debuting there first. The others may need a minor retrofit to make the bands work. It can't be very major since none of they are going in for refurbishment.

Hope they can find a way to update the on board uncharted adventure game to be compatible with the band rather than needing a phone or device with the DCL App.

Yeah, it would make sense to just have one name and have them all work across parks and products. Then they don't have to produce different ones.

I would think they’d start after Monday. May not take too long if it’s just removing Decor. It’s if they decide it needs to be repainted after removal that could take longer.

That won't be happening any time soon, they've said that the new colors weren't for the 50th but for Cinderella's anniversary. I think by "repainted" it's more likely that they do touchups because it's bound to look a little grody after having the decor on it for so long.

Disneyland Throwback Nite Characters Announced (Father & Mother from Carousel of Progress, Mr. Morrow, Fantasia Ostrich & Hippo, and More)

Disneyland has announced the character and photo ops for the upcoming Throwback Nite as part of the Disneyland After Dark themed event series. Disneyland After Dark takes place on April 18th and 20th at Disneyland Park, and tickets are available for $129 or $145, respectively. As part of the event, there will be special entertainment, including rare characters to meet! Here’s the list, which includes some Carousel of Progress characters, other throwback characters from Tomorrowland, Hyacinth Hippo and Mademoiselle Upanova from Fantasia, and much more!

The FL resident AP's didn't change. Our's renewed in February.

When I first got my AP, I had previously purchased tickets for a trip. I phoned and they were able to upgrade my tix to APs very quickly and easily. Good luck!

Florida is still the current program they just are allowing a larger percentage of passholders in the market and/or enough passholders chose not to renew so slots reopened

Paris should be getting a new program later this year

Although I'm sticking with the add-free option, this is great news for all the Roku users out there. This D+ / Roku dispute was a mess as many people who upgraded to a Hulu bundle got locked out of D+ due to the bundle including D+ with ads, yet the info that Roku wasn't compatible was buried in the fine print.
