Greeaat. At least I'm still on the 3 year plan for another few months! Actually, it's still pretty cheap compared to the other streamers, but still.
Yeah I don’t know that it’s worth 14.99 a month. Definitely worth the 3.92 a month the three year D23 plan worked out to. I think they’re going to lose a lot of the 3 year deal subscribers Nov 12 if they don’t offer a discount. I’ll probably end up subscribing for a month at a time two or three times a year to binge watch if they don’t offer a deal.
I noticed the new rates start about a month after the “founders circle” crew runs out…. I wonder if there will be some incentive for those that did the d23/passholder/chase Disney visa … 3 year plan
I second wondering if they would do yearly rates I like that I’m doing this for paramount + and plan to renew for another year in December (since the show it was initially purchased for got renewed )
If you log-in on the Disney Plus Website and view your account it may already be set up to automatically renew as a yearly subscription.
The under 30 is demanding it? Really? I'm not in that demographic but that seems strange.https://frontofficesports.com/disney-hits-21-5b-hints-sportsbook-partnership-coming/
Looks like Disney will be partnering with a Sports book soon. From the article Chapek said "Betting... we're working on it. The under 30 crowd demand it. Announcement coming..."

Where does he get this information? He also claimed that ads on Disney+ we’re highly anticipatedhttps://frontofficesports.com/disney-hits-21-5b-hints-sportsbook-partnership-coming/

Yearly subscription is 2 months free, current option is $79.99 (10 months at $7.99).
I have the old VZW unlimited plan where you got 1 year of Disney+ for free. It paused my D23 promo so my expiration is 11/11/23. I wonder if I should switch to the new unlimited plan where it's included forever on the "Play More" tier or upgrade to highest tier for $10 which will save me $5 on my Apple watch and give me Apple Music and Disney+ for free?!? Hmmm decisions! We were able to put our D23 three-year deal on hold when I upgraded my phone to an Iphone13. Verizon offered a Disney Plus bundle that include Hulu w/ ads and ESPN.

I have Hulu for Only Murders in the Building. I'll drop it after this season and renew once full seasons have dropped, binge it, and then cancel. Unless DH begs for it because of the Anime choices.
Only Murders in the Building is the best TV I've seen in I don't know how long. It is worth the cost of Hulu, to us.I guess Disney needs to open up tattoo/piercing parlors too
I have been wanting to watch that. We will probably subscribe to Hulu at some point for a bit to watch it.

If they can unblock APRIL 13-15 from pirate tier I’d be happy lolAnnual Pass Blackout Dates Could Be Reduced if Demand Decreases Per Disney CFO
In response to a potential recession, Disney CFO Christine McCarthy said today that Disney could modify annual pass blackout dates if demand decreases.
McCarthy said on the earnings call “To the extent which perhaps you had lightened demand, you could loosen up some of those [blackout dates] to bring more people in the Park and just enjoy the Park and spend money while they’re there. And also as it relates to demand we have not yet seen demand abate at all. And we still have many days when people cannot get reservations. So we’re still seeing demand in excess of the reservations that we are making available for our guests.”
