The water bottle is cool but why not go all out give a special pin special Magic band, special wishable and maybe a special voucher to attend a welcome diner and let you know your part of the DVC family with a Mickey meet and greet wearing a DVC shirt. I think if I opened something like that I’d be really taken back.

Disney Vacation Club Enchantment Fireworks Cruise Returns April 27​

Enjoy amazing views of the fabulous Magic Kingdom fireworks from a special cruise offered to Members and their Guests.

This magical experience includes:

• A champagne toast and an individual sweet and savory treat box
• The Disney Enchantment nighttime spectacular, which lights up the sky over Cinderella Castle in a brilliant pyrotechnic display choreographed to music and sounds from classic Disney films.
• Weather and schedule permitting, a close-up view of the Electrical Water Pageant, where barges covered with colorful lights form fanciful animals and patriotic stars and stripes.

This is not a private experience; each event can accommodate up to several parties. The cruise includes 2 boats, with 10 passengers per boat.
When: Wednesday evenings. Please arrive 1 hour 30 minutes before the start of the Disney Enchantment nighttime spectacular. Departure time will be 1 hour prior to the fireworks.
Where: The Boat Nook at Disney’s Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

Pricing: $85 per person, plus tax. Advance booking is required; payment in full is due at the time of booking. Reservations: Call Member Services at (800)800-9800 to check availability and book. To ensure spectacular viewing for all, capacity is limited per cruise—so advance booking is required.

With the only difference being the champagne toast, I’ve always thought the DVC cruise at $85/person was a bit expensive since it is not a private experience for your party…For a family of five you can rent a Fireworks Cruise boat with captain for less cost ($399) for a private experience with snacks, drinks, balloons and banners. Disney World is hosting a job fair in Orlando on April 21st & 22nd. Disney Careers posted today that they are going on a major hiring spree. With In-person events, and also including online events, Disney Careers is trying to fill in the following roles right away.

• Lifeguard
• Quick Service Foods
• Bus Driver
• Culinary
• Housekeeping
• Security
• Custodial

Today on the 30th anniversary of Disneyland Paris there are several things going on:

- There is a panel with the imagineers from 1992.
(Currently going on, more info later)

- Decorations at the hotels

- New Magic shots

- Walt's restaurant has reopened after the refurbishment and the pandemic.

- More and more merchandise

- The Main Street Quartett (1992 - 1995) returned for this occasion

Disney Wish Completes First Round of Sea Trials – April 8 – 12, 2022
