ABC Announces ‘Encanto’ Cast Members Returning to Perform “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” During the 2022 Academy Awards

“Encanto” cast members Adassa, Stephanie Beatriz, Mauro Castillo, Carolina Gaitan and Diane Guerrero, along with Becky G and Luis Fonsi, will perform “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” from “Encanto” on the 94th Oscars®, show producers Will Packer and Shayla Cowan announced today. This will be the first live performance of the song written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, who is nominated for Best Original Song for “Dos Oruguitas” also from “Encanto.”

Indiana Jones Stunt Show Showtimes Change for Summer

The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular will be changing its showtimes for the (unofficial start of) summer. Beginning May 28th, the final showtime of the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular will move from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Here’s a look at the changes:

Now to May 27th

• 10:45am, 12pm, 1:15pm, 3:15pm, 4:30pm

Starting May 28th

• 10:45am, 12pm, 1:15pm, 3:15pm, 6:30pm

The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular was one of the first shows to return that abandoned physical distancing, among other changes. The show returned December 19, 2021 and we have a few articles covering the return of the show.

Disney World Theme Park Hours Extended in Mid-April

Disney World has updated its theme park hours in mid-April to reflect extensions at all four theme parks. Here’s the latest:

Magic Kingdom

• April 10-16: Park hours extended 9am to 11pm (previously 9am to 9pm)

EPCOT

• April 10-16: Park hours extended 8:30am to 9pm (previously 10am to 9pm)

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• April 10-16: Park hours extended 8am to 9pm (previously 9am to 9pm)

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

• April 10-16: Park hours extended 7:30am to 8:30pm (previously 9am to 7pm)

LMM announced on Twitter yesterday that after traveling to CA for the Oscars, his wife tested positive for Covid, so even though he tested negative, he won’t be able to attend the ceremony.

Refurbishment of Disney’s Vero Beach Resort Lobby to Begin in Mid-April

Beginning in mid-April, the lobby at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort will undergo a refurbishment that includes refinishing the floors, creating a more free-flowing check-in design, and installing new furniture and wall coverings. The lobby will remain operational during this time.

At certain times of day, there may be some noise in the area. Disney anticipates that construction-related noise will take place between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to ensure minimal impact to Guests.
